Kameko: Clear Mascara and Vaseline!

My lashes are pretty long already I like to wear alone, but it makes a great base coat to! 
why?
* Strengthens
* Lengthens
* Isnt flakey or clumpy, and leavs lashes touchably soft!


 Apply a small "nickles" worth of Vaseline on  lashes at night and befor mascara. 
why?
* Moisturizes and Lengthens!
